Please be advised that the boat ramp within Salt Springs Resort on Little Lake Kerr is currently closed due to low water levels. Guests looking to launch watercraft may still use the nearby Salt Springs Run Marina or the Big Lake Kerr boat ramp, both of which remain open for public use.

Pets are allowed on open RV lots, and no pet fee is required.

Important Community Rules & Registration Procedures
Salt Springs Resort is an HOA community, and all community rules must be strictly followed. Guests who do not comply may be asked to leave. To ensure a seamless stay, please review the mandatory registration and entry guidelines below:

Pre-Arrival & Gate Access (DocuSign Required)
* DocuSign Agreement: We will ask for your email address to facilitate the check-in process. Before arrival, you will receive an email from the gatehouse with a DocuSign agreement covering the community rules, regulations, and gate access.
* Vehicle Details: In the agreement, you must acknowledge the rules and provide any boat or golf cart information (if neither applies, enter “N/A”).
* Admin & Gate Fee: A $35 administrative fee applies and includes one unique QR code for gate entry, which will be texted to the cell phone number listed on the form after completion.
* Additional Passes: QR codes may not be shared or screenshotted for entry. If more than one person in your party needs gate access, additional QR codes can be purchased at the gate for $15 each.
* Connectivity Tip: We highly recommend adding your QR code to your phone’s digital wallet for easier access, as cell service inside the park can be limited. QR codes are also required for golf cart re-entry when leaving the park.

Strict RV Requirements
* RVIA Certification: All recreational vehicles must be RVIA certified for entry to the resort.
* Exclusions: If you have a home-made RV or a converted bus, the resort's gate staff will likely turn you away.
* No Refunds for Misrepresentation: The booking process asks specific questions about your unit. Misrepresenting your RV will result in no entry to the resort and a complete forfeiture of refunds.

Safety & Cart Regulations
* Guest Registration: All guests must be fully registered at the gatehouse before entering.
* Golf Cart Rules: Golf carts may only be operated by licensed drivers aged 16 or older.
* Helmet Law: Under Florida law, children under the age of 16 must wear a helmet when riding bikes, scooters, and similar devices.

Arrival, Check-In, & GPS Navigation

* At the Gatehouse: When you arrive, the gate attendant will verify your ID and provide your physical parking pass, a resort map, and directions to Lot 151.
* Keep Lanes Clear: Please pull into the LEFT LANE at the gatehouse so you do not block the main entrance during your check-in process.
* Navigation Warning: GPS directions are notoriously tricky in this specific area of Ocala. For the best and most accurate routing results, please use the Salt Springs Resort main entrance as your destination address: 14190 NE 253 Ct Rd, Salt Springs, FL 32134.
