Please be advised that the boat ramp within Salt Springs Resort on Little Lake Kerr is currently closed due to low water levels. Guests looking to launch watercraft may still use the nearby Salt Springs Run Marina or the Big Lake Kerr boat ramp, both of which remain open for public use.

2 bedroom 1 bath cottage comfortably sleeps 4. Master bedroom has Queen size bed and other bedroom has a queen bed as well. Unit amenities include screened in porch, Wi-Fi, full size oven, full size refrigerator, cable TV. Lot has room for boat parking.

Visit Salt Springs Resort. and let the fun begin. The unit is nestled near 100 year old oaks that host a wide variety of wildlife. Bring your ATV's, Boats, or Kayaks we are just yards away from a boat launch. We have a 1/4 mile of beach front, 2 pools, hot tub and a large recreation lodge for activities. We host stays longer than 28 days.

Salt Springs Resort is HOA community, and all community rules must be followed. Guests who do not comply may be asked to leave. Before arrival, you will receive an email from the gatehouse with a Docusign agreement covering the community rules, regulations, and gate access. A $35 administrative fee applies and includes one QR code for gate entry, which will be sent to the cell phone number listed on the form. In the agreement, please acknowledge the rules and provide any boat or golf cart information. If neither applies, enter “N/A.” QR codes may not be shared or screenshotted for entry. After completing the Docusign agreement, you will receive your QR code by text. We recommend adding it to your phone’s wallet for easier access, as cell service in the park may be limited. If more than one person in your party needs gate access, additional QR codes may be purchased at the gate for $15 each. QR codes are also required for golf cart re-entry when leaving the park. All guests must be registered at the gatehouse before entering. Golf carts may only be operated by licensed drivers aged 16 or older. Under Florida law, children under 16 must wear a helmet when riding bikes, scooters, and similar devices.

We will ask for your email address to facilitate this process. Additional parking may be available but is first come, first serve and will have posted time limits and requirements.

When you arrive at the Gatehouse the attendant will verify your ID and provide your parking pass. Please pull to the LEFT LANE as to not block the entrance during check-in. The attendant will give you a map and directions to the unit inside the resort.

GPS Directions are tricky in this area of Ocala. For the best results please use the Salt Springs Resort's main entrance as the address: 14190 NE 253 Ct Rd, Salt Springs, FL 32134
